Guemes Adds Ten New CERT Graduates!

 

CERT is a team of island volunteers who are prepared, if called upon by the Guemes Island fire chief, to respond to any disaster, man-made or natural, that the island experiences. However, island residents and visitors should prepare to be self-sufficient for at least two weeks. Disaster preparedness pamphlets have been distributed from time to time. CERT volunteers are listed in CERT folders at the Guemes Island Community Hall and the Guemes Library and can also be found at the following link:
