Fees & Deposits

Member Events

  • If you are a Guemes Island resident, you are a member.

  • If your event is for the public and is supported by GICCA, no use fees, no insurance requirements!

  • If your event is private (birthday party, etc) just a $50 refundable reservation fee. Special equipment fees might apply. No insurance requirements.

  • If your event is public and not a GICCA-supported event, we’ll ask a $50 refundable reservation fee, and a $250 damage deposit if alcohol is being served. We suggest a $150 donation (pass the hat!). Special equipment fees might also apply. No insurance requirements unless alcohol is being served

Non-Member Events

  • If your event is private or public, we’ll ask a $50 refundable reservation fee, a $500 refundable damage deposit, and $65 per hour use fee. Special equipment fees might also apply.. Event insurance naming GICCA as “additionally insured” will also be required.

  • Stage Risers

$100 for first riser, $25 for each additional

$25 per hour

No cost if user cleans; otherwise $50 cleaning fee

Stage/Pavilion Special Equipment and Pricing

  • Transportation Package for any basic use/beer/grill packages

  • Beer Garden - permit & fencing

  • Beer Garden - fencing only

  • Family-Friendly wine/beer  - permit & fencing

  • Family-Friendly wine/beer  - fencing only
